| May 15: Just one day after I struggled to get a reasonable image of this female yellowthroat, it obliged by hopping across the lawn under the back window, allowing me to get this shot. This was actually the last in the series. It flew back to its rose bush immediately after I took it, and a look at that grub in its mouth tells you why it left — it needed some peace and quiet to enjoy that meal. | ||
