| May 17: What a surprise! An American Redstart visited the backyard. It flitted around a couple of trees, hardly pausing in any one spot as it enjoyed the tree's offerings. It stayed on the far side of the trees most of the time. It was early evening, and like most of May this year, it was overcast. So these shots are small and grainy, but it is clearly a Redstart. | ||
