Amazingly, these birds just about ignored my presence. That gave me time to manually focus the camera. Had I not done so, the camera would have focused on the foliage and not the birds. As it was, the foliage got in the way of most of the shots. This was the first of a sequence I took. It's the only shot where a bird has a seed in its mouth.
